All services are provided in person at our clinic by licensed medical professionals under the supervision of Dr. Vyachislav Abayev, M.D.

Consultations and Appointments

All hair restoration procedures require an in-person consultation. During your consultation, Dr. Abayev will evaluate your candidacy, discuss treatment options, and develop a personalized plan.

• Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or restriction of future scheduling.
• Treatment Consent: Separate informed consent forms are required before any medical procedure is performed.

Payment and Fees

Payment terms, fees, and financing options will be discussed during your consultation. All fees are subject to change. Payment is due as agreed upon prior to or at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and may offer third-party financing options.
